Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DRIN mobile application ("App"), provided by BUG FACTORY JAKUB KIERMASZ, located at Białowieska 127/24, 54-234 Wrocław, Poland ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended only for users who are of legal drinking age in their country of residence. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. App Functionality

The DRIN app provides users with access to cocktail recipes, which can be searched for, used, and rated.

4. User Account

You may need to create an account to use some features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

7. Subscription and In-App Purchases

The App offers subscription services billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions and auto-renewal settings through your Apple ID account settings.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may rate and review recipes. By submitting content, you grant Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://getdrin.app/privacy-policy/.

10. Third-Party Terms and Conditions

The App uses third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions. Links to Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the app:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat

11. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.

15. Changes to Terms

Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
